The German Environmental Management Association, B.A.U.M. e.V., has since 1984 successfully connected economic, ecologic and social questions, thus the principles of sustainability. Today B.A.U.M. is one of the largest corporate and information networks for sustainable business in Europe with over 500 members. B.A.U.M. sees itself as a strong voice of sustainably operating companies and as a driver of sustainable development.

B.A.U.M. supports its members in the organisation and development of sustainability strategies and connects stakeholders from business, politics, economy, media and associations. Engaged companies are given a platform for practice-oriented exchange of information and experiences as well as input and impulses. Alongside conferences and congresses, projects and campaigns constitute the main focus of B.A.U.M.’s work.

B.A.U.M. has a longstanding expertise in how to achieve a “Green Office”. B.A.U.M. joined the Healthy Printing Network to help increasing resource productivity by improving recyclability and creating favourable conditions for a healthier economy.
