Our Activities

Healthy Printing! involves putting diverse partners together, including customers, printers, paper suppliers and ink suppliers. It also involves knowing what is on the way to being healthy and what is not. Here are a few of the activities we’re involved in to achieve Healthy Printing;

  • We currently have 3 - 4 pilot projects running with partners who are customers for healthy printing, printers, or ink suppliers, and in many of these cases everybody works together to implement solutions. Among the projects are printing labels for beverage bottles, and printing for packaging. If you want to get involved in your own pilot, contact us!
  • Researching relevant topics. Are you familiar with MOSH and MOAH? How do you compare certified printing products? Which advantages can be claimed from healthy printing? There are conflicting messages in the marketplace, and our scientific team at EPEA is putting together clarifications.
  • Certifying inks. The number and variety of C2C-certified inks is expanding! See links here.
  • Questions to ask your printer. If you are a customer for printing, here are a few tips on what to ask your printer.
  • Growing the alliance. Today more than 20 members have joined the Healthy Printing Network from almost every part of the printing supply chain, from customers who use printed materials to printers, ink suppliers and recyclers. We are still actively seeking members for the alliance.
